7-Day No Questions Asked Replacement & Return/Refund Policy

At Evoque, we want you to be confident of and adore your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 7 days of receiving them for a full refund, no questions asked.

Return or Replacement Process:

  1. Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  2. Initiate Return: To start your return, please contact our customer service team at allthatglitters1706@gmail.com, and please mention your order number and either the UPI ID or Bank account details where you want the refund to be credited.
  3. Replacement: In case of a minor issue with the product, we recommend you get a replacement- that way, you still get to enjoy what you were waiting for!
  4. Refund Timeline: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 8-10 business days.
